Begabati in her peaceful and plant-filled homeopathy office in Cambridge.
Begabati Lennihan, RN, CCH (Certified Classical Homeopath), practices homeopathy at the Lydian Center for Innovative Medicine in Cambridge, Massachusetts (Greater Boston area). Homeopathy is a gentle yet powerful way of deeply healing a vast spectrum of human ills—mental, emotional, physical, behavioral, and energetic.
Begabati finds the homeopathic process works best if clients (or children’s parents) want to actively engage in their healing—observing, checking in, sharing responsibility for the journey. For those engaged in personal growth or spiritual practices, homeopathy can even help deepen their self-discovery.
Homeopaths do not diagnose, prescribe or cure— rather we strengthen the body’s healing energy and “remind” it how to heal a particular condition. Please see Resources for articles on how homeopathy works and on research demonstrating the effectiveness of homeopathy.
People come to see Begabati from all over the country, primarily New York and New England. For those traveling from a distance, followups can be done entirely by phone and remedies can be mailed. The homeopathic process works best if the first interview can be done in person.
Once the homeopathic remedy is working, Begabati encourages clients to do a healthy lifestyle counseling session, sharing her knowledge of holistic nutrition, vitamins, herbs, and other modalities.
Coming from a medical background and trained as a nurse, Begabati can “speak the language” of her clients’ medical diagnoses and medications. From 35 years of heart-center meditation, she can create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for clients to share their deepest sensitivities. She welcomes you to learn more about her and about homeopathy, and she looks forward to seeing you in person.
